Crimson Trace: Laser Beams in a Gunfight
I learned something there I have night sights and lasers. So it does make sense the sight would be hard to see with a tactical light. Honestly haven’t thought about it or trained with one.

Law Enforcement and Open Carry — A Good Interaction
I am a retired LEO and I occasionally open carry, if not I am concealed carry. I appreciate your points but respectfully submit that it depends on which state you live in. In Idaho, where I reside, open carry is common even though Constitutional carry is the law. I understand that it might be different in “blue” states and more urban areas. In the summer, with shorts and t shirts, concealed carry makes little sense and is often glaringly obvious.

Armed Good Guys: Stand Your Ground?
Hopefully the situation in Florida will show a certain segment of the population the folly of illegally parking in handicap parking spaces without a permit and the greater folly of feeling they have the right to just randomly attack someone for calling them out on the first issue. As they say an armed society is a polite society, but the growing pains will be to remove the individuals who can’t seem to operate under basic human decency.

Armed Good Guys: AR-15 and CCW for Self-Defense
I’ve read the story about the retired cop & his AR, but I gotta think a regular citizen would not get away with what he did even though I have no problem with what he did. After shooting a fleeing auto emptying his mag (assuming a 30 rd) & then seeing no movement in the car fired once more from a second AR for good measure? It’s like is he dead yet??? Let’s make sure!
Like I said I have no problem with the scumbag getting it, but a civilian would be sitting behind bars telling that story.

‘Gun Control a Third Rail of Democratic Campaigns’
The more the Democrat’s/socialists push for total gun, which is their end goal. The average voter will wake up and realize how far left they really are and tune them out come election time.

The Importance of One-Hand Shooting Training
Everytime I am at the range I practice one hand shooting with both strong side and weak. never know when you will need it.

‘Gun Control a Third Rail of Democratic Campaigns’
The fact that Democratic legislators and candidates are railing against the NRA, who represents gun owners and not manufacturers is telling. Democrats stand firmly against your right to own a weapon.

The Importance of One-Hand Shooting Training
From reading books by people that have been in multiple gun fights, I practice one-handed up to ten yards, point shooting with eyes on the target. I practice so much one-handed, that it is my default now. Being able to draw fast and shoot accurately with one hand, without using the sights, is a real confidence builder.

Liberal Leaning Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Affirms Constitutional Carry Right
I am so glad the 9th circuit decided to uphold a person’s right to carry. Hopefully the full court will rule the same when Hawaii appeals.
