President Donald J. Trump’s handling of the Epstein list has many wondering if he is compromised.
Trump’s sudden shift concerning the Epstein files is perplexing. In the months leading up to his second bid for the Oval Office, the President vowed to release the list if elected.
In January, Attorney General Pam Bondi said she saw the list and would release it to the public. Six months later, the White House’s stance has shifted. As a result, many are questioning if willful suppression is in play here.
Some believe the President is censoring the list. Influential names it may implicate could have dire consequences for the U.S. economy. Imagine the ramifications if Fortune 500 CEO’s are suddenly unmasked as sexual deviants; nightmare fuel for the financial sector.
MAGA FALLOUT DUE TO THE HANDLING OF THE LIST
The fallout from Trump’s base has been quick, if not seismic.
In Florida, an event aimed at mobilizing young Conservatives was infused with prominent MAGA members criticizing the attorney general. With growing public outcry, some are questioning if the President will send Attorney General Pam Bondi packing.
MAGA members are experiencing buyer’s remorse. Some are questioning if the man they elected to drain the swamp is somehow part of it.
TUCKER WEIGHS IN
Popular political commentator Tucker Carlson vocalized his criticism of the White House’s handling of the Epstein files. According to Carlson, Jeffrey Epstein was an Israeli asset. His mission: to gather as much dirt as possible on the country’s most powerful.

The benefits for a foreign power would be immeasurable. Elected officials forced to align with foreign interests as a means of self-preservation. Far-fetched? Pick up any book on the Cold War and you’ll soon get it.
Espionage is rampant. It’s a dirty, necessary game with its central goal being influence. Compromising those in power by gathering harmful information concerning them is the key.
It’s an eyebrow-raising stance by Tucker, particularly when taking into account his historical support of the President.
THE SMOKE SURROUNDING JEFFREY EPSTEIN
Jeffrey Epstein was a financier with connections to the world’s most powerful. How the man accumulated his wealth is a topic of great debate.
He became a household name after his arrest in July 2019. His alleged crimes were revolting; something I won’t mention specifically here.
This is when things get wild. Epstein died in his prison cell a month after his arrest. The cause of death was suicide, but immediately, an undercurrent of doubt surfaced. Irregularities, let’s call them, surrounding Epstein’s death only fuelled the controversy.
His cellmate was removed the day before his death, leaving him alone. Furthermore, guards failed to check on him for several hours, violating protocol. Lastly, two cameras outside his cell malfunctioned.
ONCE IS AN ACCIDENT, TWICE IS AN ACCIDENT, THREE TIMES IS A PATTERN.
Last month, the U.S. Department of Justice released an 11-hour video from the Metropolitan Correction Center in New York. The footage shows a timestamp jump from 11:58:58 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., omitting approximately one minute.

How could an entire minute of surveillance video just disappear into the shadow realm? Once again, a serious irregularity that only emboldens the conspiracies surrounding the man.
DOES THE EPSTEIN LIST AFFECT YOU?
You may be asking how this affects the average American. It’s an honest sentiment and a worthy one. Americans struggling to pay rent, buy groceries, and put fuel in their car couldn’t care less about an Elitist scumbag who preyed on society’s most vulnerable.
It’s a story as old as time. The wealthy and powerful commit the most egregious crimes and suffer no consequences.

But it doesn’t necessarily have to be that way. It’s encouraging when the public pushes back and demands answers, particularly from someone whom they previously backed. It’s the very thing that makes democracies democracies.
Nobody should be beyond reproach, whether it’s the blue-collar mechanic in Des Moines, Iowa, or a business tycoon holding the highest office in the land.
Is the President compromised? Who knows? But the longer he plays blindman and underestimates the intellect of the average American, the louder the undercurrent of doubt about his motives will get.
