The Anti-Gun Movement’s Kryptonite = Video

With advancements in technology, we’re seeing crazy stuff being caught on camera more than ever before. One unexpected loser due to the video revolution; the anti-gun lobby.

For decades, the anti-gun establishment has done everything in its power to push its gun control agenda. They conflate statistics to drive home the need for gun reform. Sensationalized coverage of mass shootings by legacy media pound the airwaves at all hours of the day. Pro-gun stories broadcast on television are rare, if not unicorn-like.

In an unexpected twist, the advent of the iPhone has the anti-gun base down for the count. Peruse any website like LiveLeak, YouTube, or Twitter, and you will inevitably come across videos where owning a gun proved not only valuable but life-saving. The old adage video never lies certainly rings true when it comes to guns as a means to deter crime.

Watch as a Charlotte bus driver earning an honest living is intimidated by a gun-toting thug. As you can see, the bus driver was CCW and quickly turned the tables. The most farcical aspect of this story; the driver is currently on leave by his employer. Apparently, there are better ways to defuse a criminal with a gun than by brandishing a weapon. No doubt we’re living in a Clown World.

THE LEFT CHERRY-PICKS THE NARRATIVE

This video further proves why responsible gun ownership is the last vestige of protection when face-to-face with evil. Yet, the anti-gun lobby does its best to have you believe otherwise. They cherry-pick the stories to cover, and do anything possible to depict guns and gun owners in a negative manner. Mass shootings, specifically in American schools, are paraded over the airwaves to help push the gun control agenda.

Gun violence in American schools is a tragic reality in 2023, yes. Their frequency of occurrence, however, is far less prevalent than what the mainstream media will lead you to believe. Furthermore, such heinous acts are always painted as a gun problem when there is a myriad of contributing factors in play. Mental illness, pharmacopeia, broken homes, and godlessness – all are contributing circumstances to the gun violence in our schools. But the media, which is largely compromised and under liberal control, chooses only to highlight the weapons used during these tragic acts.

LET YOUR EYES BE THE JUDGE

Suggestions to arm teachers are quickly cast aside without a shred of critical thinking by the anti-gun lobby. This is so because the Left’s central tenet to mitigate the loss of life only involves the disarmament of Americans. Real solutions that could provide tangible results are balked at if they don’t coincide with taking guns away.

No matter how many times it’s been proven that responsible gun ownership deters crime, liberals trumpet the opposite. The best advice; search the bevy of videos uploaded on the internet where owning a gun proved positive. Take emotionality out of the mix and let your eyes be the judge. 

Evil exists in the world, regardless of what side of the political aisle you ascribe to. Consequently, the best defense when faced with this sobering reality is by carrying a concealed weapon [CCW]. Still don’t believe me? Just ask the bus driver from the video provided or any one of his passengers.

READY FOR WAR?

With more aid rolling into Ukraine, things seem to be heating up in the Caucasus. Earlier this week, reports leaked indicating it’s a matter of when, not if, American troops enter the conflict. Should this occur, expect a full-out war involving the heavy hitters of the world; Russia, China, the United States and Great Britain, respectively.

Side: war profiteers couldn’t be happier, especially with world economies in shambles and inflation through the roof.

With the notion of World War III on the horizon, one conspiracy theory gaining traction warns of a Russian-Chinese alliance. The theory culminates with Chinese troops invading mainland America. For a visceral example, consult the 2012 remake of the 1980s cult film ‘Red Dawn’ starring the late Patrick Swayze.

The theory postulates that with the US bogged down in Europe, the Eastern superpowers will seize the perfect opportunity to invade the United States. First, they’ll attack American power grids, effectively throwing the US into the stone age. With chaos and uncertainty spreading like wildfire, Chinese sleeper cells will spring up throughout the Union.

Catastrophic thinking much?

NEVER SAY NEVER

Naturally, many assert such claims as fantastical and best laid out in Hollywood plotlines. Fair. The doomsday scenario does seem somewhat far-fetched at surface level. However, so too did the events of 9/11 prior to September 11, 2001.

What is worth mulling over is how much the world has changed since the invasion of Ukraine [I use the word invasion loosely here]. In a matter of days, the majority of the world ostracized Russia without batting an eyelash.

‘Putin is evil.’ ‘Russians can’t be trusted.’ ‘Ukraine is a beacon of freedom in the midst of warmongers.’

Whether such sentiments are of merit depends on who you ask. What is alarming is how much fury one faces should one hold a different view than the masses. Free thought, the very staple of democracy, seems to be on the verge of extinction.  

In 2023, freedom of expression only exists if it aligns with what the left and MSM deem appropriate.

Discourse is dying. Should one have the audacity to question any number of world events, they can expect a Hawthornian-A to follow them anywhere they go. Personally, I’ll take my chances. Freedom means having the courage to speak your mind, no matter the consequences.
