The Washington Times has reported on President Donald Trump’s 150^th judicial confirmation by the U.S. Senate, and the liberal establishment is freaking out in full panic mode. Since taking office 2.5 years ago, the president has appointed 105 judges to the lower federal courts, 43 circuit court judges, and filled two critical seats on the U.S. Supreme Court. All of this is alarming to the left, which adores activist judges and justices—so long as they are liberals—but becomes venomous when a conservative jurist ascends to the federal bench because they just might want to stick to the Constitution. A Canandaigua, NY man named Jonathan Roberts is facing multiple charges after allegedly violating weapons laws by purchasing gun part modifications for Glocks from China. It all began when Customs and Border Patrol agents intercepted a package in New York City that contained a selector switch for a Glock. The Golden Age of the medium-frame .38 Special revolver as a primary law-enforcement sidearm ended several decades ago. However, small-frame snubbies (5-shot S&W J-Frames more often than not) are still enormously popular with CCW holders. Seattle’s southern neighbor, Tacoma, Washington, is going to weigh a plan that’s already proven to be a failed policy. But since its anti-gun, city council members think it is worth adopting.
