Arsenal Inc. Leads the Charge: $600 Off SBRs to Drive the Common Use Movement!

Gun owners, the SBR revolution is heating up, and Arsenal Inc. is taking it to the next level!

In response to our call to make short-barreled rifles (SBRs), suppressors, and Short Barreled Shotguns (SBSs) more accessible and help establish them as “common use” firearms under the Second Amendment, Arsenal Inc. has announced a massive $600 discount on all current production AK47 SBRs, including their brand-new AR-M14SFT-56. This bold move, a $300,000 commitment limited to 500 customers or until September 15, 2025, covers the current $200 tax stamp and adds an extra $400 in savings. With the “One Big Beautiful Bill” eliminating the tax stamp expense starting January 1, 2026, Arsenal’s incentive encourages shooters to act now, avoiding longer ATF wait times and potential stock shortages. Current turn around times are typically 1-3 days! SBRs, Suppressors, SBSs, and AOWs starting January 1, 2026, now is the time to act and beat the anticipated ATF processing delays and stock shortages. Current ATF Form 4 approval times are as low as 1–3 days for eForm submissions, but experts that we have spoken to predict wait times could exceed 90 days after January 1, 2026, due to a surge in demand.

While some manufacturers have yet to respond to this drive, other manufacturers are stepping up to fuel this historic push. Daniel Defense and Q, through partnership with Silencer Shop, is offering free tax stamps on their SBRs, effectively covering the $200 fee for buyers who act before the end of 2025. SilencerCo is preparing customers for the coming demand surge and encouraging dealers to offer incentives, with some already providing free tax stamp promotions. ARES Defense Systems has launched their “Payback-200 Program,” reimbursing customers $200 in cash or product credit for the transfer tax on their SBRs. Meanwhile, companies like Griffin Armament and LM Firearms are allowing customers to delay suppressor transfers until January 2026 to avoid the $200 tax, a creative workaround that aligns with the common use movement. This is a great way to ensure item is secured, since inventory levels may be questionable. Just keep in mind that wait times will be significantly longer.

This is the moment to act! Visit trusted retailers like K-Var Corp., explore SBRs from Arsenal Inc., Daniel Defense, and others.
