NSSF Breaks Down the FixNICS Act
There is no shortage of people who believe system such as the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) is an afront to the Second Amendment as an infringement. H.R. 38: Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017 Passes in the House
Good news for gun owners and self-defense enthusiasts alike! This week, the House easily passed, H.R. 38: Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017, an expansion of the right to carry a concealed firearm across state lines.
