Hawaii Pushes New Gun Control — Triggers

It’s not about mass shooting or crimes involving firearms. It’s all about unreasoned gun control though. A democrat from Hawaii has once again proposed a new piece of legislation that would not solve a single problem, but once again tramples on the Second Amendment rights of its citizens. How Anti Gunners Manipulate Data to Advance Their Cause

Numbers are a powerful tool when used properly. Like all powerful tools, they can be used for good or to deceive. On one hand, the Violence Policy Center’s chart is not factually untrue. Rep. Vic Miller, a Topeka Democrat, wants to ban bump stocks — rifle add-ons that make a semi-automatic weapon work much like a fully automatic gun. Steinle Jury: It Was the Gun’s Fault

I’ve gotten used to the media and the anti-gun crowd blaming the firearm every time there is a high-profile shooting event. After all, they already have an agenda to vilify guns—regardless the facts in my opinion. However, I about fell out of my chair when the jury in San Francisco found Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, a.k.a. Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, not guilty on the counts of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Kate Steinle but guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Allow me to explain. [Read more…] about Steinle Jury: It Was the Gun’s Fault
